LINEARIS mid-level solution for high performance, reliability, exceptional video quality and high image rates.

LINEARIS RM offers a 4 unit, 19’’ rack case designed for industrial installations, the new hardware and software architectures of the LINEARIS series, which features new DSPs that allow for maximum video quality combined with a significant reduction in storage and bandwidth usage.
Thanks to its large internal storage in RAID 5 and a reliable cooling system, LINEARIS RM offers a considerable storage capacity (up to 1600 GB), allowing for months of video and audio recordings.
Up to 16 unsynchronized cameras (analogic/IP) can be connected to each LINEARIS RM unit, that can be used standalone or as a server, on any TCP/IP network without loss of performance.

LINEARIS is CIEFFE’s new Digital Video Management system, a fully automated MPEG4 main profile system capable of reacting to external conditions without user intervention.
Available in a new configuration with 6, 12 or 16 input version, LINEARIS seamlessly combines various recording modes with internal motion detection features, fast search capabilities, external alarm inputs and built-in relay outputs.
Its flexible architecture and proprietary MPEG4 main profile compression algorithm consistently deliver superior visual quality at exceptionally low file sizes. Recording time is thus dramatically increased while costs are significantly reduced.
LINEARIS is a mid-level solution, ideal for multi-site installations where high performance and reliability are required together with exceptional video quality and high image rates.
The onboard DSP compression chips allow for storage of months of high-quality video and audio recordings at reduced HDD costs.

Every LINEARIS DVMS has a built-in web server, Visionweb. It allows viewing of live or recorded images (with audio) as well as control of PTZ cameras over any TCP/IP connection within the internet explorer web browser – no special software required. Video quality is handled dynamically by the MPEG4 Adaptive technology, which allows exceptional results even over an extremely limited and fluctuation bandwidth. On constant connections, our MPEG4 main profile hardware compression demonstrates all the visual quality and detail LINEARIS and of its new generation DSP based architecture delivers.
