True Day/Night camera that switches from colour to black and white mode, depending on available light, an ideal surveillance solution in locations where low light and variable light conditions exist.
The Dual Chip Static Dome Camera is a high resolution digital True Day/Night camera that switches from colour to black and white mode, depending upon available light. The camera used a removable infrared (IR) cut filter in colour mode and an optical low-pass filter (OLPF) in black and white mode, guaranteeing optimal image quality at any time of day.
The camera incorporates the latest DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) technology to produce extremely sharp and clear images regardless of lighting levels. DNR removes noise artefacts, increasing the performance of motion detection and typically providing longer recording durations on digital and network video recorders. Producing 540 TV Lines, the camera reproduces sharper images down to the smallest detail with outstanding accuracy.
This integrated camera system is rugged, loaded with high-performance features, and is a snap to install. With solid die-cast aluminium and a scratch-resistant 3.5mm thick polycarbonate dome cover, this unit can withstand heavy external impacts and is IP66 rated for safe outdoor installations. It is designed to mount directly to a ceiling, wall or to a 4S single or double electrical box using an adapter plate. The unit also comes with a pan/tilt/rotation mechanism and a second video service cable for simple camera adjustments.
An ideal surveillance solution designed for object recognition that is required in locations where low light and variable light conditions exist.
