VideoSphere VMS Application Server Bundles deliver March Networks’ open IP video management architecture in three convenient product offerings that scale in performance to best match an organisation’s requirements. These bundles combine industry-leading server platforms from Oracle with pre-installed VideoSphere Video Management System (VMS) server software and IP camera connection licenses. Ordered directly from March Networks, each bundle is configured, tested and certified for optimum performance.

Video Storage

Scalable Oracle storage arrays work in tandem with the VideoSphere VMS Application Server Bundles to provide robust video storage options. These storage platforms can be colocated with the host server or dispersed across remote facilities. A VideoSphere Storage Calculator helps map an organisation’s video capture objectives and resulting storage requirements.

Organisations can combine the bundles and storage arrays (as shown in Figures 1-3) to deploy a moderately-sized VMS system through to an enterprise-class, high-availability installation. IP cameras, encoders, video analytics and client software licences are then added as necessary to complete the solution.
