True RF Integration | The VisionRFDome is provided as a fully integrated unit – all the RF technology is within the dome housing reducing installation time.
Wireless Transmission | The very latest in video and data transmission technology is used to achieve ‘point to point’ or ‘point to multipoint’ wire-free transmission of video and telemetry signals.
Frequency Range | The VisionRFDome operates at 5.8 Ghz for video transmission and 868 Mhz for telemetry transmission, avoiding the congested 1.4 to 2.4 GHz frequency range often used.
Multichannel video | The VisionRFDome has dip switch selectable channel identification, enabling multiple VisionRFDomes to operate independently in one network.
Pre-fitted Antennae | The VisionRFDome comes pre-fitted with 3dB, 5.8 Ghz and 2dB, 868Mhz Antennae for fast installation requiring no specialist set up.
OFCOM compliance | The 5.8 Ghz frequency range for 25mW video transmission is licence exempt in the UK.
Receiving Equipment | The receiving equipment can be supplied as a 1 to 4 channel video and telemetry, including either omnidirectional or directional antennae.
Multi Protocols Integration | The VisionRFDome range integrates fully with all leading DVR, Matrix and IP Transmission products simplifying system specification and design.
OSD | The On Screen Display (OSD) function enables full access to all Dome functions using either third party or 360 Vision equipment.
Field Support | 360 Vision staff offer full support in sales, technical support, installation and commissioning.
Intelligent Alarms | The intelligent alarm module allows up to 144 alarm inputs which can be remotely configured via the Vision matrix or any compatible third-party system.
Structured Cabling | The Vision Dome can have built-in structured cabling connections to save installation costs.
Remote Maintenance | Remote reset and configuration are facilitated on third-party equipment by the OSD function.
Creative Privacy Zones | 32 privacy zones are available with simple joystick positioning and sizing.
Mount Options | Wall and Swan neck mounting options are available. |

360 Vision has introduced the VAT plug and play installation units to compliment the VisionRFDome range. VAT plug and play have bee designed to streamline the installation of microwave video transmission and digital telemetry systems. They consist of 1-4 channel video receivers and single channel telemetry data transceivers for PTZ control. They are housed in IP65 external enclosures ready for installation and come complete with all antennas and mounting brackets.
OSD enables 360 Vision and any third party matrix, transmission or DVR products to remotely access the functionality and set up a configuration of the VisionRFDome. OSD means dome functionality is not compromised depending on the control equipment used (like most open protocol solutions) making the VisionRFDome ideal for use in new and retrofit installations. Remote set up features include ”reset”, ”gain and lift” and all other video adjustments. First level maintenance can, therefore, be achieved remotely, without the need for expensive site visits.
400,000 position stepper motors make the VisionIPDome’s operation extremely quiet as well as giving it as a highly accurate return to preset positions.
