Importance of Service and Maintenance

Why do you need a professional a Service Contract?

Your security system is an integral part of your business and you need to be able to rely on its performance 24/7.

A service contract will provide greater peace of mind that your security system is always going to perform to its full capability.

Without effective maintenance, even the best equipment will deteriorate

Preventative maintenance will reduce the risk of unexpected equipment failures

Depending on your system a regular maintenance schedule may be a condition of your insurance policy or be a Police requirement

Service and maintenance are mandatory for all monitored systems.

The National Security Inspectorate (NSI) stipulates the following minimum annual preventative maintenance programme:

Intruder Alarms:

  • Two preventative maintenance visits a year for all systems.

CCTV and Access Control:

  • One preventative maintenance visit per year.
